It means that for every hour worked, in addition to your gross hourly wage, you also build up a reserve for these extras. This is why your gross hourly wage is lower than the all-in rate.

Wage tax reduction is a discount on the tax you pay on your salary. If you apply this reduction, you pay less tax and, therefore, receive a higher net salary. You're allowed to apply this tax reduction with only one employer at a time.

The rate we use consists of different components. Firstly, there's the gross hourly wage of the temp worker. Added to this are employer burdens such as social contributions and pension contributions. Additionally, the rate includes a reservation for holiday pay, short-term absence, and vacation days. Lastly, the rate contains a markup for our services, which include recruitment, selection, and administration.
