At Knikkers Uitzendwerk, you can put together your own crew and work like a well-oiled machine across different sectors. Whether it’s customer contact, event organization, logistical support, administration, hospitality, or catering, your crew can make a difference.

Assemble a crew of 5 to 8 people. If you take the initiative to put together your own crew, you'll assume the role of coordinator within your crew. You then become the direct point of contact for Knikkers Uitzendwerk and the clients. With a crew of 6 or more, you also choose a sub-coordinator. Together with this sub-coordinator, you ensure that everything on the runs smoothly, while both of you actively participate in the work. This leadership gives you and your sub-coordinator the opportunity to steer the crew and ensure seamless cooperation and excellent performance.

Coordinated arrival: You arrive as one crew at the work location, ready to get started.
Central point of contact: The (sub)coordinator of your crew ensures a clear line of communication and a streamlined workflow.

Time efficiency: Since you already know each other, less time is needed for onboarding and adjustment, which benefits independence and productivity.

Extra allowance: As a crew, you receive an additional gross bonus of EUR 2.00 per hour worked, on top of the standard rates, which appreciates your commitment.
